Staying Positive in Fitness

Jeremy Fouts’ Thoughts on staying positive with regards to your fitness goals.
If there is one thing that Coach Jeremy Fouts has taught us, it is the importance of surrounding yourself with positive people. One of Jeremy’s main trainings has always been that success is always accompanied by being surrounded by positive people that support you and believe in you.
This is why we love to keep the CorVive wellness community filled with purpose and positivity. Whether you’re having a good day or you are hitting a wall, we have assembled an army of positive CorVive family to help you along your journey. One of our favorite ways to stay connected to CorVive’s “wellness community” is through our Facebook “CorVive Transformation League” group. It is easy to find in your Facebook search bar and easy to join. Here you will find all the reassurance you need to understand that we are doing all we can to love, serve and care for our community of like minded individuals.
Stop in and offer support. Maybe you have an amazing, inspiring quote or perhaps you have just had a breakthrough with a CorVive product experience—even better maybe you have a CorVive recipe–we want to hear all about it. The Facebook page is a great place to find inspiration. It is wonderful to know that you have these positive people who will have time to talk you through a tough moment or give you the little bit of motivation you need to get up and go. At the end of the day we want to see you succeed. Jeremy Fouts has us on a mission to create all that we can to enhance your wellness journey; from a personal wellness coach that can shine a light on nutrition and diet to some exciting NEW programs coming down the pipeline that we can’t wait to share. It is all here at CorVive. So get excited and remember to stay positive. Nothing is going to bring us down today!
Here are three quick tricks that Jeremy Fouts likes to incorporate when he starts a wellness program.
– Always surround yourself with positive people who lift your spirits and make you feel the best!
– Search out for fitness tips that might be new. Try things that are different and can reinvigorate your regimen.
– Stay consistent with product. This is the easiest way to ensure your success.
So join us and be part of the CorVive wellness community. We will support you in any way we can while you work toward achieving your wellness goals.

Keep Rocking on and Walkin’ ON!

I know what you’re thinking. Isn’t it a little late to be talking about New Year’s resolutions? Actually, it’s not too late at all – in fact, studies show that despite making resolutions at the beginning of the year, about week-3 is where you start to lose steam. You shot out of the blocks, but now you have a mental block, or maybe just a lazy streak, but either way Netflix is looking way more appealing than a quick trip to the gym. Just know you are not alone! We (well most of us) are feeling the same way, but this is what separates you from the quitters. If you stop now it is all for not. But if you keep putting one foot in front of the other eventually you are back on your path and setting a good rhythm for your summer bod! Resetting your goals right now will give you a great chance at sticking to them. So if you’re looking for some motivation and quick tips to help you achieve your 2022 goals, read on!

1) Use the tools that have been set out for you as part of CorVive’s CTL, these are all about keeping things simple and helping you succeed.

2) Dive into one of the cool recipes that we have recently released that incorporates CorVive’s amazing products. After all, the easy part of finding success is staying consistent with your CorVive product regimen, we promise if you do this part, you will succeed!

3) Ask questions. Join our CorVive CTL Facebook page and interact. We want to hear from you, and what helps you succeed, but also this is a good spot for you to find folks riding down the same road as you.

4) Along with our CorVive CTL Facebook page we have a really cool wellness coach and his sole job is to make sure you’re feeling motivated, educated, and fulfilled in your journey. Don’t hesitate to post a question on the Facebook page or email one into products@corvive.com, and he will either answer it on the page or perhaps on one of his various informational LIVE videos. We love Coach Day!

But remember that we all get it if you’re at the gym, or out for a run, and you don’t feel like it. You’re tired, your muscles are sore, and you just don’t have the energy to put in the work. So you quit. This is where we want you to take a break. As Jeremy Fouts CorVive founder would say, “You would never quit for anyone else, so don’t quit on yourself.” Give yourself grace, take a minute, catch your breath, straighten out your mind and keep moving. You’ve got this! You have an army of people who believe in you and every day that you put in a little effort is a day you are closer to your goal. You’ve got this!

CorVive Event News

2022 is already kicking off with a bang! CorVive has positioned itself into new territory where synergy seems to be magic. Field leadership is on fire, corporate leadership is refining every level of the company; CorVive’s true colors of love, serve and care have never been more apparent.
As things have shaped up during the first few weeks of 2022 it has come to our attention that some adjustments will have to be made in regards to the Ignite Event. Out of respect for the host hotel and changes they are having to make, our February event will now take on a different direction.
The Ignite Event has now been moved to May 7, 2022 and will still be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Frisco, TX. The February 5th date will now be considered a CorVive Power Training where the small group attending will receive training from the Founder, Jeremy Fouts. This free one day training will start at Noon and end at 4 pm CST, where you will learn how to build with power, confidence and speed. To be in attendance at the Power Training, please RSVP by texting you and your guests first and last names to 469-829-6149.
The Ignite Event will occur on May 7, 2022 and will last all day Saturday. This event will be an exciting time as the company turns four-years old during the month of May. We have so many wonderful things to share with you and are excited to see everyone at Ignite in May! In the meantime, please make sure you are following CorVive’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to stay in the know.
For those attending the Power Training and had previously booked a room with Hyatt your reservation is still current. If you choose to not attend the Power Training in February and currently have a room reserved, you will need to contact the hotel and change your stay to the new dates in May.
If you have any questions that need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can reach us through chat or by emailing support@corvive.com.
We can’t wait to see you in February and May!
